1. Service Description
The "Ascended Frequencies Poster" application (the "Service") is a proprietary tool operated exclusively by McKnight Mixed Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service is used solely by the business owner to publish pre-produced videos—specifically product showcases and music promotions—directly to the owner's personal TikTok accounts utilizing TikTok's official Content Posting API.
The Service is strictly for internal business operations. There is no public registration, public sign-up, or multi-user access.
2. Data Access and Privacy
The Service interacts only with the authorized TikTok account's basic profile information and the specific posting permissions granted through the official TikTok OAuth consent screen.
- No Data Sale or Sharing: No user data is sold, monetized, or shared with any third parties, except as strictly necessary to communicate with TikTok's API for the purpose of posting content.
- No Tracking: The Service does not utilize advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
- Token Security: Access tokens obtained via TikTok OAuth are stored securely. Tokens are permanently deleted when access is revoked by the owner.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service is operated solely by the owner of McKnight Mixed Media LLC for lawful business and creative purposes. The operator agrees to use the Service in strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Owner Responsibilities
The owner is solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their login credentials and connected accounts.
- Ensuring that all content posted via the Service (including product showcases and music promotions) complies with intellectual property laws, third-party rights, and TikTok platform policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Ascended Frequencies Poster application, including its code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of McKnight Mixed Media LLC. All content posted through the application (videos, music, and branding) remains the intellectual property of McKnight Mixed Media LLC and/or its respective creators.
6. Termination and Revocation
Access to the Service may be revoked at any time. The owner may disconnect the application directly through their TikTok account security settings or by contacting the operator. Upon revocation or termination, all associated session tokens and authorized data access are immediately invalidated and deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, McKnight Mixed Media LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service or any disruptions in TikTok's API.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
